Girl's Night

So last night my husband had to go to some vendor event for work and I got to have a girl night! I love girl night...me, the pup, and the kitty sat in bed all evening and caught up on some tv! Before I get into the joy that was my TV watching however I would like to state one thing....

I HATE BASEBALL....I HATE IT...everything about it...even more now when it takes over a channel that I watch at least four shows on...and now I don't get any shows until NOVEMBER...I know it's like two weeks...but that is a long time especially when I have become obsessed with GLEE! Yes that is right...Glee is gone until November...FOX I have to seriously question your judgment...I mean really...baseball over Glee and Bones and House...I think not. OK I am done with that, moving on!

I had grand plans last night of broiling vegetable kabobs and making myself a fabulous dinner to enjoy with my TV watching. It was one of those nights, however, where I had grand plans and I just settled for left over spaghetti and meatballs (which don't get me wrong, I made them from scratch, they rocked) and sat on my bed with the critters and went into my TV coma.

Glee is my favorite currently, I have never watched a show, well maybe 30 Rock, that touched on any and all hot topics and just made fun of them. If they can include it they will and I love it! Especially Sue Sylvester, I am not sure if they could have made her any more evil but she trips me out!

"You have to remember something -- we're dealing with children. They NEED to be terrified. It's like mother's milk to them. Without it, their bones won't grow properly" ~Sue Sylvester

Well, off to see what I can make of this day! "Running" a 5k tonight...that should make for interesting blogging tomorrow! Happy Friday to all!

LOVE Glee. Not until November? Oh, no!!!

What happened to the Vegas movie? Although, I'm sure Glee was better... Anything with Ashton Kutcher in it makes me wary.

way to keep up the blogs! :) i love nights like those... and while i haven't become a fan of glee.. my husbands dad is the GM of ksfx (fox) here in springfield.. so we get to see a sneak preview and when we watched the first episode before it came out my husband decided it was not worth watching to him. we did watch the game last night.. haha!
